REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

REFUND POLICIES

MERCHANDISE:

All sales are final. 
 
IN-STUDIO YOGA/MEDITATION PASSES & MEMBERSHIPS:
Refunds will be issued only for medical reasons (validated by a doctor’s note) or if you have moved over 40 (forty) miles from away from Jiiva Yoga Meditation and Wellness Center (validated by a current piece of mail at new address, addressed to the client seeking a refund).  Account credits will be issued at the owner’s discretion for any other reason.
 

ONLINE (LIVE-STREAMED) YOGA/MEDITATION PASSES & MEMBERSHIPS:
If online (live-streamed) class access is prevented due to a technical error on our end (on the instructor's end), a class credit will be issued to your account (if applicable).  Refunds or credits will not be issued for online (live-streamed) classes that become inaccessible due to technical errors on the client's end.  If you register for an online (live-streamed) class and do not take the class, account credit may be issued at the owner's discretion.

IN-STUDIO WORKSHOPS, REIKI I & II CLASSES:
1.  Refunds will be issued only for medical reasons (validated by a doctor’s note).
2.  If participant chooses to cancel at least 48 hours prior to an event, account credit will be given.
3.  If participant chooses to cancel on the day of event or fails to appear, no credit will apply.


ONLINE (LIVE-STREAMED) WORKSHOPS:
All sales are final.  

TEACHER TRAINING & OTHER CERTIFICATIONS:
1.    Please check the course description in MindBody or call us at 203-345-7747 to ensure you know the refund deadline for the specific training/certification course you plan to take.
2.    Before the refund deadline: Refunds will be issued only for medical reasons (validated by a doctor’s note).
3.    After the refund deadline: Account credit will be applied, only for medical reasons (validated by a doctor’s note).
 

RETREATS:
1.     If you have to cancel your retreat enrollment, please inform us as soon as possible.
2.     Due to the unique payment requirements of each retreat house/resort, each retreat has a specific deadline by which all fees that have been paid will be nonrefundable, regardless of the reason.  Please check the retreat description in MindBody or call us at 203-345-7747 to ensure you know the refund deadline for the specific retreat(s) you plan to attend.
3.     Once a retreat begins, all fees paid will be nonrefundable.
4.     If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, road closures, delayed, cancelled or missed flights, retreat fees are unfortunately nonrefundable.



APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments (private sessions) cancelled fewer than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of service amount. "No Shows" will be charged 100% of service amount.
