MODULE 1: Foundational Practices & Theory
September 2026 - November 2026

We all have such busy, uncontrolled minds! In Module 1, you will learn tried and true methods to focus and quiet the mind so that you can develop a sustainable meditation practice (perhaps one you will share with others!). You will learn several styles of meditation and breathwork practices, and you will be introduced to both ancient and modern-day meditative theory. This module is perfect for those who wish to deepen their own personal practice and is required for those seeking certification as a Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator. No prior experience needed. Come as you are!

This module is for those who wish to lead others in pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, and meditation. Graduates will be issued their Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher Training certification from The Jiiva Center!
