Become certified in Yin Yoga to deepen your own practice or to empower you to bring this incredibly healing style of yoga to others! Yin Yoga restores our innate ability to move with fluidity, power, and grace by increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This is a slow-paced style of yoga with stretching and compressing postures that are held up to 5 minutes. A meditative approach is applied during Yin Yoga, encouraging awareness, release, and healing through every breath and movement.
