ALL LEVEL
Students of all levels are invited to join these classes. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up and posture flow. New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level.
ASHTANGA ALL LEVEL
Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous, flowing vinyasa practice. While not a more "advanced" style of yoga, (beginners are welcome) it often draws those looking for a more physically challenging pace. Ashtanga Yoga connects movement with breadth in a dynamic series of postures done with a calm focused attention, for strength, flexibility and a quiet mind.
BEGINNER
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses.
BEGINNER FUNDAMENTALS
We are all on a different path--whether you are brand new to yoga or trying to reawaken your "beginner's mind," Take the time to build your yoga foundation and enjoy the journey!
PURE YIN
Pure yin is a healthy, mindful complement to more rigorous flow yoga, and an ideal starting place for new practitioners. Yin postures are practiced seated or laying on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes, allowing the musculature to relax and release into each pose. Beginning exactly where you are feels different for every body, and dedication to yin practice transforms flexibility over time by freeing up the tight connective tissue capsules that form around the muscles and joints. Guided holds in each posture offer an opportunity for inner reflection, meditation, and peace. Emerge from this practice feeling physically, emotionally, and spiritually renewed. Suitable for all levels.
RESTORATIVE
Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of yoga that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. This meditative practice cultivates a necessary balance between body and mind while dissolving physical and mental tension. For any level student seeking to reduce the effects of stress, including students working with injury, or sensitivity.
MEDITATION
In this class you will learn how to calm your mind, settle your body and achieve healing of the mind, body and sprit. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this class.

QIGONG
QiGong creates a deep state of inner peace and a feeling of love and harmony with the universe. It opens the heart, strengthens the body, and calms the mind.
