Yin Yoga is a practice of deeply held stretching that focuses on freeing up the tight connective tissue (fascia) that forms around our muscles and joints. Yin postures are practiced on the floor and are held for 3-5 minutes each. Guided holds in each posture offer an opportunity for inner reflection and release. Emerge from this practice feeling physically, emotionally, and spiritually renewed. Suitable for all levels.

BEGINNER VINYASA YOGA
This class is designed for those new to the practice of yoga. Most sequences follow a Vinyasa/Flow style. Class is focused on developing safe alignment, strength and flexibility in foundational poses.
Join us for 30-40 minutes of peace and calm. You will be led through gentle breath work, a guided meditation, and some time in silence. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience including those new to meditation. Cushions, blankets, and chairs are provided.
