Yin Yoga restores our innate ability to move with fluidity, power and grace. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures/asanas that are held for longer periods of time, from 45 seconds up to 5 minutes or more.
Yin Yoga will increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. There is a more meditative approach to this style of yoga, bringing awareness of inner silence through every breath and movement.
