Thomas has been practicing yoga for about 8 years and became an instructor so he could share his knowledge and love for it with the community. He is a 200hr Certified Pranotthan (Kripalu style) yoga teacher and has gone on to earn his 300hr Yoga Teacher Certification and 100hr Meditation Teacher Certification at Jiiva. His belief in yoga stems from the truth that all people in all walks of life can do yoga. Thomas strives to make yoga as accessible to everyone as possible and will always work with your comfort level so you can feel safe in your practice and live authentically in your body and heart. He believes yoga can be beneficial to everyone because it can help increase body awareness, reduce stress, and provide tranquility and calm. It can also serve as a great complement to your training or athletics.
