Here at Jiiva, we believe one of the greatest gifts you can give children is a foundation of yoga and an understanding of a higher consciousness. 

 We are committed to continuing  the education of our children so they too can
grow with a strong practice and knowledgeof yoga and meditation.

In this weeks camp your child will learn the basics of yoga, they will learn the full Sun Salutation as well as many more asanas. They will be given a foundation to grow their yoga practice as well as a solid base for meditation. They will also be introduced into the world of chakras and how they pertain to their lives in a way they can understand. We will also be chanting and singing beautiful mantras of love and peace! 

Our projects will be based on the chakras and they will make their own mala beads
to aid them in their Japa Meditation.
