Panagiota’s yoga journey began about 20 years ago after she suffered a back injury. She did not want to take pain medication, so her doctor recommended she should take yoga for stretching and loosening her muscles. After a few weeks of doing the asanas she noticed a big difference, and yoga has been a part of her life ever since then!
Panagiota completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Jiiva in 2019. Also through Jiiva, she has also completed certification courses in restorative yoga, yoga nidra and chair yoga. Panagiota loves to teach and help people find comfort in yoga. |
