Hi there! My Yogi name is Liliana and I began my journey into yoga in 2011 and soon got hooked. Yoga to me was a way to get my body active and enjoyed mostly vinyasa classes that got me sweaty and energized. Now I enjoy different practices that make me feel good inside and out depending on how I feel that day. Yoga to me is a self care spiritual and physical practice that helps me release stress and mind conflicts, It’s liberating and fun. I’ve been training since 2013 in different styles of yoga from kids yoga, restorative, vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, therapeutic and traditional yoga. I am a 500 hr teacher. I’ve trained at Kaia Yoga, Jiiva Yoga and most recently Paramanand Yoga Institute in India. I’m also trained in Thai yoga massage from Lotus Palm Institute of Thai massage and bodywork.
I rock climb, ski, hike and am very active. I teach a variety of classes from challenging to very relaxing and nurturing. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness with a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I like to challenge my students and see them grow spiritually and physically with love and gentleness. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
