Kristen Ambrosi, RYT-500
Nourished by the profound simplicity of yoga, Kristen Ambrosi practices to connect with her breath, create space within, and have the tools to navigate the journey of life. Recognizing the centering, strengthening and transformative nature of yoga, Kristen has embraced and explored the diversity of yoga styles throughout her years of practice, studying with numerous master teachers to inform and inspire her own evolution as a student and instructor of yoga. Her extensive training in hatha yoga has focused on alignment and integrity in vinyasa, restorative, and yin practices. Her studies in yoga philosophy affirm her belief in the interconnectedness of all beings, and cultivate deeper understanding of the integration of mind, body and spirit. Her respected teachers include Jillian Pransky, Sarah Powers, and Sri Reverend Jaganath Carrera.
Guiding movement and stillness, meditation and dialogue, mantra and silence, Kristen brings enthusiasm and knowledge to her group classes, private sessions, and workshops. Her mindful sequencing gracefully blends attention with intention, providing a welcoming, safe practice for all. Dedicated to the experience of yoga as union, Kristen aims to weave together a peaceful heart and quiet mind with the balanced energy of an aligned body, trusting that a harmonious practice on the mat has the potential to translate into healing and wholeness off the mat.
