Paddleboard Yoga, Reiki, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative, and Yin. Her classes are based upon the Eight Limbs of yoga
philosophy, and are truly inspirational. You will be guided through her class with care, learning proper breathing techniques, postures, and meditation.
