Just a few other notes!
- All of the lectures will be recorded so you will be able to review them at any time (or if you have to miss a class).
- Generally Saturdays will be time to learn and explore the Asana and physical practice of Yoga and Sundays will be geared to the philosophy and metaphysical.
- Everyone in the Teacher Training program will get a free membership at Jiiva for the duration of your training! You will be expected to take a least 3 classes a week. If you are already attending another studio you can continue to go there of course, but please make sure that you keep up with your practice of a minimum of three times a week.
- At the appropriate time, you will be expected to assist in 12 classes and then eventually teach 6 classes. Don’t panic! You will be ready to do so and have plenty of practice!
- In addition, there will be some reading to do! This is the first four books, for example, that we will be using just as an FYI.
